Who draws all of your characters?
Our Lead Artist, Ryan (Zanfei) Hodgson, produces all of our characters and designs.
Can I commission you for something?
We're sorry, but we do not take custom orders at this time.

Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, at the bottom of the website is a text area to enter your email address for our mailing list. Simply enter your email and click the arrow to the right side of the text box and you're set!
What conventions are you currently attending?
Our schedule is available under the 'Convention Schedule' link, under Customer Care, at the bottom of the website.
Do you offer wholesale on your products?
We do offer wholesale. Please see the 'Wholesale' section at the bottom of our website.
Are your products child safe?
Many of our items are not for children under 5. Most of our items are tiny and may serve as a choking hazard. Our plush however have a recommended age of 3 and older.
Are your products allergen free?
All of our products come from a smoke free and pet free environment. All metals are made from a nickel free and hypoallergenic material, and are covered in the EU standard of nickle free.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, and within that accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
When is payment due?
Immediately after checking out you will be charged for your order.
When is payment due for pre-orders?
Immediately after ordering as the payment goes towards the creation of your item.
Shipping Questions
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the only shipping option that we are offering is through USPS.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship world wide every day!
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, international shipping may take longer than normal. Please check with your local post office or online for updates on your countries' shipping updates with the global pandemic.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated by weight and you can view your estimated costs during checkout!
How long does shipping normally take after I place an order?
Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days after processing time.
International orders typically take 14-21 business days after processing time.

Can I track my order online?
Yes! You will always receive a tracking number to the email address you provided upon checkout. You can track your orders online through your account.
If you have not received this email, we recommend checking all junk and spam folders, as we can end up there sometimes.
